Licence Check: Onboarding

We have invested in the latest technology to offer you five different ways to gain the declarations you need from your drivers. Once complete, your organisation can check licences for up to three years, saving you time compared to the manual licence checking process.

All you need to do is select one, or multiple drivers you want to send a declaration to from our online system. Then, choose a declaration method – our options are:

• SNAP! Onboarding: Simply take a photo of your drivers’ licence using your smartphone camera. A link is then sent to the driver via SMS to complete the declaration online
• eDeclaration: Driver is emailed a link to complete the eDeclaration online
• Text-declaration: Driver sent an SMS message with a link to complete the declaration online
• Pre-population declaration: Forms prepared for you with driver information, printed locally for drivers to sign/date and then upload
• Hand-written: If required, blank declaration forms can be supplied for a fully manual process

Drivers are then sent a declaration to complete at a time and place that suits them, enabling you to gain a quick response to keep your drivers on the road for longer.
