If you’re looking for quality, value for money, Driver CPC training, then look no further than Driver Hire Belfast. We offer nineteen 3.5 hour Driver CPC courses. That means you can combine two courses to build a single seven-hour session that counts as one of the five days of Driver CPC training you are required to complete.
So, whether you’re simply looking for a refresher course on Drivers’ Hours, want to learn about fuel-efficient driving or add emergency first aid to your list of professional skills we can help you. You’ll find a full list of courses on Driver Hire’s Driver CPC website, or if you’d prefer to talk to one of our team, simply give us a call.
Driver Hire Belfast’s Driver CPC training takes place at our office in Mallusk Enterprise Park, in Newtownabbey. As part of the office complex, we have two training rooms. Of course, if you’re an employer, and would find it more convenient to run training courses at your depot – and have suitable facilities – we can do that too.
Public transport to Newtownabbey isn’t plentiful, so we recommend travelling to your Driver CPC training by car. Courses take place on a Saturday which means that there is plenty of free parking on site.
To help maintain your energy levels, coffee & tea making facilities are available in both training rooms. We also provide a plentiful supply of biscuits and sweets! At lunchtime depending on your takeaway taste, there’s a good of choice of outlets including Subway, Kentucky Fried Chicken and more traditional fish and chips. All are within three or four minutes walk from our office
Our courses run from 9.00am – 4.30pm with half an hour for lunch. Please note the content of each course is designed to meet statutory Driver CPC requirements which mean that they run for a minimum of 3.5 hours for each individual module.
Steve Harris has almost 25 years of commercial driving experience behind him. What’s more, when he’s not in the classroom, you’ll find him behind the wheel of an HGV. So, when it comes to practical experience Steve is hard to beat.
What you’ll get with Steve is Driver CPC training delivered by a working driver who understands 100% the challenges of being a goods vehicle driver. His aim is to deliver practical training in an interesting way and, dare we suggest it, make it fun.
